Team Training Day!

We’re thrilled to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible team at Complete Field Maintenance for their enthusiastic participation in our hands-on fire training exercise. Our collective goal was not just to ensure proficiency in fire safety but also to instil confidence within each team member. This experience was about minimizing panic and empowering informed decision-making under pressure.

For some of us, it was a valuable refresher, for others, a first encounter with such vital training.

It was inspiring to witness the team’s engagement—with everyone actively involved, eager to learn the theory, asking insightful questions, and truly making the most of the opportunity.

A big shout-out to the experts at Surefire Protection whom provided the training our new facility. Their flexibility in conducting the sessions in smaller groups was instrumental in reducing business downtime without compromising the quality and depth of the learning experience. Their training was both concise and informative, making complex information accessible and engaging.

It’s fair to say we all walked away with something valuable.
While we all agree that prevention is key in fire safety, feeling assured that our team is better equipped to handle an emergency is truly comforting.
