CFM holds contracts across the Pilbara, Western Australia. Main locations we service around the clock include Newman, Tom Price, Paraburdoo and Karratha.  We are currently negotiating further contracts that will expand our operations nationwide.

 

Labour Hire

CFM ensures its workforce is highly-skilled and trained.
Our hire personnel comprises:

  • Drill fitters
  • Heavy duty diesel fitters
  • Auto electricians
  • HV electricians
  • Plant mechanics
  • Roaming area managers
  • Roaming fitters
  • Maintenance planning advisors

Shutdown Teams

CFM can organise complete service shutdown teams.

  • We are fully-equipped, including service vehicles with our
    own readily-available gear
  • Shutdown services are run at most of our mine sites to perform
    component change-outs, fault-finding diagnostics and
    fully-certified air-conditioning refurbishment and services

Vehicle and Equipment Hire

CFM provides hire of fully-equipped pit and breakdown vehicles and other equipment.

  • All vehicles follow strict mine site regulations and safety guidelines and are fitted with In Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS)
  • GPS monitoring systems are installed on all vehicles to ensure the highest level of safety for our customers
  • Hire of sea container conversions for office space and workshops
  • Ongoing and short-term hire arrangements available for vehicles and sea containers

Training Packages

CFM can provide, develop and implement on-site training packages.

  • Training is designed to meet the individual needs of our customers 
  • Our trainers are Certificate IV Training and Assessment qualified
 

GPS Equipment and Supplies

CFM works closely with Minetrack to supply and install fully-serviced GPS-In Vehicle Monitoring Systems for client and customer vehicles. The world-leading techology covers:

  • Remote live time positioning of vehicles and operators
  • Monitoring of driver and vehicle event logs
  • Improved vehicle utilisation with individual driver logs and profiles
  • Event information alerts and vital data for incident investigations
  • Reduced operational costs of vehicles by improving driver efficiency
  • Operation of equipment with the use of a swipe card or driver
    identification key
  • Set speed zones and 'No Go' zones for different locations, on and off site
  • Constant monitoring of multiple inputs including harsh braking, fast acceleration, seat belt indicator and engine RPM
  • Storage for each driver profile, PTO drive monitoring and lockout control
  • Possibility to reduce light vehicle driver assessments through driver logs and stored history
  • Control of how vehicles are used can be customised in accordance with customer requirements
